On June 28, 2025, Trakai will host the Lithuanian Open Water Swimming Championships (5 km race). The event is open to participants aged 16 and over. Competition location: Akmena Lake Main Beach, Trakai.

  •   Route ⇒ 5 km swimming / The distance is covered by swimming around the entire Akmena Lake, moving clockwise.

  •   Time limit ⇒ 2:15 hours

  •   Participants ⇒ aged 16 and over

  •   Registration fees ⇒ from €50 to €75 (race day)
